As promised, today I’m sharing with you my Favourite Overnight Oats Recipe. This is quick to make, quick to eat, and so bloomin’ tasty. It can be modified as well, to suit any dietary requirements. Basically, it’s a build your own breakfast in 5 minutes. And this is my favourite way of doing it:
50g Jumbo Porridge Oats
150ml of Oat Milk or Water
1 Apple (my faves are Pink Lady)
Drizzle of Honey
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Stir the Blueberries and Oats with 150ml Oat Milk or Water. Add a pinch of salt.
Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, chop and add the Apple, drizzle the Honey add a sprinkling of Cinnamon and your tablespoon of Peanut Butter on top of the Oats and voila! Delicious, easy Overnight Oats!
